Applications are processed in the order received, and once approved, applicants will be contacted to select a home style and location of their choice before signing a lease. An earnest money deposit of $250 is required upon approval of your application to hold your new apartment home. Earnest money is non-refundable for cancellation, but will be applied to your security deposit upon move in.
