Pet Policy - Pets are welcome at the Flats
Two (2) Pet limit per apartment home - adult combined weight may not exceed 75 pounds
Cats and dogs are allowed - note breed restrictions apply to dogs
Pet Registration and Pet Screening required
Non-Refundable Fee of $350 per pet due at or before move in
Pet Fee of $35.00 per pet per month
